As Medway prepares to join with the nation in celebration of the Queen's Platinum Jubilee, we look back at each decade of Her Majesty's historic reign.

This year Her Majesty The Queen has become the first British Monarch to celebrate a Platinum Jubilee, marking 70 years of dedication and service to our nation.

Communities across the country, the Commonwealth and around the world will come

together in a year-long celebration of Her Majesty’s historic reign and Medway’s communities will celebrate this momentous occasion with a jam-packed programme of events and activities.
